An Iraqi company established under the provisions of Companies Law No. 21 of 1997, as amended.
Initially founded in 2013 under Certificate of Incorporation No. 8211-2, dated 12/31/2012, with a capital of 1 billion dinars, the company operated under the name That Al-Washameen Company for General Trade, Contracting, and General Services.
As the company expanded its market presence and diversified its services, particularly in environmental projects and the oil sector, a decision was made on 12/16/2019 to change its name. This change was officially registered on 12/18/2019, reflecting its growth and broader scope of operations.
