FEDERAL
- Under the provisions of this Agreement, we shall, at the request of the Company, treat and/or dispose of H2S Spent Absorbent (Ax Trap 4000 Series)(the “Materials”) Generated by the Company in connection with the contract.
- Collect and off load the materials at the disposal facilities for further treatment. We shall dispose and manage treatment of the materials in accordance with codes and standards applicable by the Ministry of Environment in Iraq.
- Transporting the waste using authorized and compliant vehicles
EBS PETROLEUM COMPANY
- We provide treatment services of waste drilling & work over fluids, cuttings, waste work over fluids for 80 wells, and well site restoration services.
- Method of treatment and the requested certificate are issued by the Ministry of Environment in Iraq and submitted to the client
