HUQOOL ALTAQA Company for contracting , Energy, Recycling and Environmental Services is an Iraqi Company specialized in the field of treating and destroying chemical waste and contaminated containers, and it is licensed by the Iraqi Ministry of Environment according to the letter No.04 N D/437dated 13-04-2022 as an entity authorized to treat and destroy chemical waste and contaminated containers and accordingly the company granted an environmental license for a mobile plant to treat and destroy chemical waste and contaminated containers.

It was first established in 2013 under the Certificate of Incorporation No. 8211-2 on 12/31/2012 with a capital of 1 billion dinars under the name (That Al-Washameen Company for General Trade, Contracting and General Services).
Due to the company’s increased activity in the market and the expansion of its service areas, its name was changed to the current name on 12/18/2019 in accordance with the decision taken on 12/16/2019
